I think last.fm is good for those who really want to hear random song, it is a good program, and now i think last.fm is improving with it's wannabee

Best:

-good looking, simple
-easy to install
-tagging song help to relate your likely song

Worst:

-doesn't provide you what you want when you type the song you want,
rather give you random music
